It’s national careers week and we want to shout about the amazing careers in procurement! So how does a career that offers a debt free degree sound?

As part of our commitment to professional and personal development we offer fully funded Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) training to our procurement team. This internationally recognised qualification gives the team the equivalent of a degree-level qualification, with no student debt to worry about! We cover all training costs, provide study leave and time off to sit exams and supplement the CIPS syllabus with relevant on-the-job training.

Energy procurement coordinator, Adam Gallagher, and construction procurement coordinator, Andrea Cellini, are celebrating achieving their Level 4 CIPS qualifications.

Adam said: “Completing my Level 4 CIPS Qualification has broadened my procurement knowledge and has helped to develop transferable skills that support me in my role.”

Nicola Shelley Managing Director, NEPO added: “Our goal is to not only ensure that colleagues have the skills and confidence to thrive at work, but also to nurture the procurement leaders of tomorrow.”
