Christmas opening times and support information
Here are the details you need to stay connected with us over the festive period.
NEPO office
The NEPO office will close at 4.30pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and re-open at 8.30am on Thursday 2 January 2024.
NEPO Portal
If you or your suppliers require support over this period, you can contact the system provider (Proactis) using the details below (please note that no support will be available during UK public holidays):
- Suppliers should use the online ticketing system or email [email protected]
- Buyer related issues should be raised directly through the new Proactis Service Desk or via [email protected]
Open support
We will be operating a skeleton support for Open via [email protected] on Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December. Urgent system issue requests or supplier support for tender returns within this period will be picked up. Any general, non-urgent queries will be picked up when the office re-opens on 2 January.
