This is a short-term, multi supplier procurement solution for stand-alone asbestos removal works to complement the NEPO221 Demolition and Associated Services Framework Agreement.

The lotting structure has been split sub-regionally in order to encourage participation from local suppliers and maximise efficiency. This solution includes a number of North East based SME’s with both direct award and further competition options available.

The solution covers four lots:

  • Lot 1 – Asbestos Removal Works within Non-Domestic Properties – Northumberland and Tyne & Wear
  • Lot 2 – Asbestos Removal Works within Domestic Properties – Northumberland and Tyne & Wear
  • Lot 3 – Asbestos Removal Works within Non-Domestic Properties – Durham and Tees Valley
  • Lot 4 – Asbestos Removal Works within Domestic Properties – Durham and Tees Valley.
