NEPO212 Support Services for the Development of the Built Environment is a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework agreement that provides a compliant route to market for North East public organisations to appoint consultants for construction, civil engineering, highways and transportation under JCT/NEC/ACE and other standard forms of contract.

Lot 13: Clerk of Works

Suppliers can be appointed via further competition or direct award. The solution is available for use by public sector organisations within the North East.
